RightsCon call for Proposals - deadline jan 19th

Dear Pedro and all,

Thank you so much for setting the google docs. I will take a look at it
asap.
With regards to the subject, I agree with it being about content regulation
- as suggested before. Considering we have to submit the proposal for the
membership review, it would be interesting for us to have something drafted
by the end of this week.
