ICANN 70 Plenary topics

Yeah, a valid concern. But in my opinion in the case with regulations, it is better to discuss them while they are not adopted and be aware of what to be ready for. Especially if there is an intent to invite respective EC and US representatives, then it is a chance to check on their intentions as well. As we've seen with GDPR once regulation is adopted no need to discuss as all efforts will be on catching up with whatever is already on the table.

But opinions differ, it's just my personal preference. And the second for me in priority would be Applicant Support.

Heya Olga, we dont have to pick just one. The answer thats being required from the Community leaders is an order of prioritization. 

About the governmental regulatory developments, in a previous thread our members pointed out some concerns about this specific debates due to the fact that they are being hosted around draft regulations and not necessarily something that is definite. But thanks for highlighting that.

Do we have any thoughts on the plenary topics ? Both BC and ISPCP are feeling very strong on the regulatory discussion - although these are just draft regulations - but Im seeing this plenary proposal being approved.
