ICANN 70 Plenary topics

Heya Olga, we dont have to pick just one. The answer thats being required
from the Community leaders is an order of prioritization.

About the governmental regulatory developments, in a previous thread our
members pointed out some concerns about this specific debates due to the
fact that they are being hosted around draft regulations and not
necessarily something that is definite. But thanks for highlighting that.
