Proposed modification of NCSG Strategic Review Working Group

Bruna and Lou put together a great survey.... response was low but the results were interesting.  People need to get something out of this experience, especially young people who have careers to build and lives to get organized.  The task of finding small, bite sized tasks for people to do, while mentoring them if necessary, is pretty onerous.  Nevertheless, giving folks a good, enriching job to do and good feedback when they do it seems to be a cornerstone of volunteerism.  I am hoping we can reorganize our EC positions to enable this kind of reward system to be developed.  Chairs hVe too much to do to take this on.
