[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers and Drafting

Hi,

I volunteer for the "IANA Naming Function Review (IFR) Initial Report". A
friend of mine will help me a bit with writing it, and I'll send a message
if I need any help besides that. If there are any documents related to this
report that was written by NCSG members, could you gently point me to their
direction?
