*MM: Are they telling us ICANN is not providing adequate financial support?*
>From listening to the webinar on the strategic plan, this is what the
president warns they are NOT saying. My understanding of what they are
saying is that they are resource limited, since they depend on funding
allocation from ICANN. So the risk exists that community expectations might
not be aligned with the budget allocated to them.
