Nominating Juan Manuel Rojas for councilor

+1 to this nomination.

As a former member of the Council, I know that it takes courage and
dedication to be able to understand the issues and represent. I have seen
in Juan an individual that has what it takes.

Plus he has spent some months there and I think it is about time to entitle
him with a full mandate to represent us there.
