Nominating Juan Manuel Rojas for councilor

There is nothing that gives me much joy at the time of writing this email
than to second, show my support and endorsement to the nomination of Juan.
I have had the opportunity of working closely with and he has demonstrated
commitment and dedication to getting things done.

I can only wish he gladly accepts this nomination.
