Hi,

Agree with Raphael on the utility of regional hubs being used. From a policy development perspective, it isn’t at all helpful to have all the members of a Working Group dispersed across hubs in different regions. If we’re not all going to be together in the same room, and able to work things out in hallway conversations (always a feature of F2F meetings), might as well just carry on remotely.
