An MoU with the cops!

Here we go. All the drama about DNS abuse and cyber-doomsday led to ICANN
signing an MoU with the cops.

I wonder if this MoU is a part of ICANN's attempts to increase
effectiveness and efficiency of the multistakeholder model!

(normally MoUs like this can be pretty ineffective. RIPE has one with
Europol as well I believe)
