Thanks Thato for your line of thought.
In moving forward, its is crucial for leadership or anyone invited any
observer to declare to the house if an Ombdusman or any observer is
participating at any session or point, its not fair for instance, to invite
ombudsman and armed with that those instigating issues will like to justify
their side of the claim while the other party is taken for a ride, so its
important to declare when observers of any status is in a meeting. Hiding
it is taking advantage of the target or those opposing a given view point.
We must learn from the past and move forward. We all have a future beyond
this group.
