NCSG Election Clarifications

I agree with you Grace. The procedures mentioned and discussed and suited to the needs of the Adopting EC back then, is totally flawed and in contravention of all existing principles of Democratic process existing anywhere in this planet. 

My Observations : 

In all of ICANN Groups : 
1.	We are the Least Funded;
2.	Least Heard;
3.	Least Noticed;
4.	Least relevant;

There has to be a reason for that. I reckon, we should establish a separate task force to identify the gaps there in and present it for the entire group for thinking about it and then the group should take it upon themselves to fix this in the shortest time period in order to attain value for the energy a lot of the founders and first leaders spent on putting this together. It must not have been easy for them.
