A Proposal to Merge NCSG, NCUC and NPOC for More Efficiency in ICANN=?UTF-8?Q?=E2=80=99s_?=DNS Work

Thanks Bruna and all,
Reading through this email thread with the many valuable ideas that have
been raised it will lead no were if these ideas are not consolidated in
concrete actionable proposal on the way forward.
COVID-19 circumstances will not exist forever and life will resume, hence
working to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the NCSG and it’s 2
Constituencies will be worth investigating.

Forming a working group-with no perception that their work will be
approved- tasked to research previous discussions, providing solid
arguments such possible merge will not shrink the existing influence. Or
suggesting another restructuring make sure that the influence will stay the
same if not more.
The report of this WG need to be shared with the wider community for
comments because NCSG works in a multi stakeholders environment.
