Fwd: [SOAC-Leaders-ICANNMeeting-Planning] ICANN69 Plenary Topic Proposals

I have to get this in folks, any further thoughts?  If not, I am going 
to vote 6 1 2.  I suspect Abuse may still be in there as a topic, and I 
doubt we are going to get any support for Human Rights and workstream 2, 
so we may not be happy with the results, but there we are.
