Here are the proposed topics for the high level/plenary/high interest 
topics for ICANN69, as well as the block schedule. Please let me know

Dear Community Leaders:

Attached, please find an updated block schedule and final list of 
proposed topics for plenary sessions during ICANN69.

We received a total of six proposals for the following topics:

     1. The Domain Name Services Marketplace (Market dynamics, business
        models and commercial drivers)
     2. Enhancing the Effectiveness of ICANN’s Multistakeholder Model: A
        Way Forward
     3. Domain Name System Abuse: Practical Solutions
     4. Consumer Protection Post WHOIS
     5. Recommendation Trepidation
     6. Moving forward with WS2:  Implementing the Human Rights Impact
        Assessment

Please socialize the attached proposals with your groups to determine 
the level of support for each topic. We will follow up with the planning 
group next week to determine whether we should utilize a voting form or 
schedule another call to prioritize and decide on the final plenary topics.
