Thanks to Rafik and Juan for responding to the Google document, 
available here

I guess there is little to no interest in running webinars for a deep 
dive into policy prior to the meeting, so I will drop that idea.  
Thoughts on key topics still solicited, I plan to answer in two hours 
time, or 22:00 UTC.
