Fwd: Planning for ICANN 68: Final survey

Apologies if you get this twice.

Hi folks,

Those of you who are also on the NCUC list will have seen the message 
from Bruna looking for your answers on the following three questions 
about planning for ICANN 68:

*Survey Questions:*

 1. How many plenary sessions should we conduct during ICANN68?

 2. Which topics (from the list presented on our last call) should run
    as non-conflicted plenary sessions during ICANN68?

[Note: The Q&A with ICANN Org Executive Team has been removed from the 
list of potential topics as it will now be planned during Prep Week.]

 3. Should ICANN announce the recipient of the 2020 Community Excellence
    Award during ICANN68, with the actual ceremony to take place at the
    next face-to-face ICANN Public Meeting?


The plan is to have only 6 sessions in a day, with a half hour break 
between each one.

I attach the presentation from the meeting, which shows the different 
topics on pages 6 and 7.  I have to take this survey on your behalf by 
Tuesday COB, so feedback would be most appreciated.
