How Can NCSG get the most out of ICANN68? Preparing for Virtual Meetings in the Future

All,
One suggestion is to look back at the March virtual session, our
(NCSG/NCUC/NPOC) activities and engagement, and ask what did we learn. 
	* What was important and productive and what was not?
	* What was mainly "flying the flag" to say "Here we are, and we are
here."?
	* What was done that could be done better?
	* What sort of time frame and event spacing?
	* From these considerations, what does a lean agenda look like? 
Given that a face-to-face conference upsets a week or more of participants'
time, I would suggest some equity in event times but
also considerable tolerance with the selection of session times. 
The more the lean agenda is limited to high value sessions the less session
times are a disincentive. Constituencies and special
interest groups can of course convene online to do and expedite work at any
time. One does not always have to "Fly the flag".
 The more the agenda is limited the easier it is for ICANN staff, the ICANN
Board, GAC, and stakeholder groups, all of whom
will likely still be dealing with serious covid-19 issues in their private
lives. Also, we need to remind ourselves of how much
we get done between ICANN events, and keep a focus on that work.
