[NCSG-PC] one on one with Goran

Thank you for this correction, Milton. I apologize for my rash choice of
words and dashed-off message. I hope join you all for my very first ICANN
meeting in Montreal, and to learn more about efforts to produce a
rights-respecting WHOIS, including through SoSad :)    We are dealing with
a number of impersonation and domain disputes (my first bullet point) and
wanted to put that on the agenda in Canada.
