[NCSG-PC] one on one with Goran

Thanks so much Farzi for raising the question about ICANN's carbon
footprint.

@Stephanie - given what Goran shared with me (about needing community
support and push for more action), and given that there are so many other
pressing, issue-related questions you need to raise, may I recommend that
you raise the issue (about carbon), say that it has attracted substantial
discussion on the list, and that we support greater efforts to evaluate and
ultimately reduce emissions? Or something to that effect? At least indicate
that at least a portion of the NCSG supports these efforts, but also add
the caveat (that Ayden raised) that in an effort to cut emissions, civil
society participation should remain a priority.
