ISOC sells PIR

Hi Caleb,

I am not sure that ISOC/PIR gave notice to ICANN, I am sure they have. The
Chief Purpose Officer, Nora Abusitta-Ouri  previously worked at ICANN, so
would know the rules and requirements to be addressed.
