IGF 2020 to be held in Poland

Although IGF held before in many not European countries such as Egypt, Nairobi and Indonesia and others, but the most meeting held in Europe. But I disagree to say IGF for Europe. But in same time I agree on that IGF meeting Should be hold in each continent in roll basis. Which mean IGF will hold in each continent each 6 year which ensure that the meetings will organize in all regional in equally basis. And emphasize on the the universality of IG.

Chengetai said something like this: Host countries do not have to share the budget with us (read, the IGF Secretariat). But the cost is generally between $2-3M, less than that if it is at UN facilities.
