Although IGF held before in many not European countries such as Egypt, Nairobi and Indonesia and others, but the most meeting held in Europe. But I disagree to say IGF for Europe. But in same time I agree on that IGF meeting Should be hold in each continent

 in roll basis. Which mean IGF will hold in each continent each 6 year which ensure that the meetings will organize in all regional in equally basis. And emphasize on the the universality of IG.

Chengetai said something like this: Host countries do not have to share the budget with us (read, the IGF Secretariat). But the cost is generally between $2-3M, less than that if it is at UN facilities.<br>
