IGF 2020 to be held in Poland

Well that's news to me that the host has to foot the entire bill. It makes
it structurally difficult for "developing economies" to host it. They make
everything they can to receive bids... sure, but when the starting bid is
several millions USD, well, one should not be surprised. We may think what
we want of the usefulness of the IGF, but certainly it being held
systematically in the "Global North" does not make it better in any way.

Arsène do you have a source for your numbers? Not that I doubt them, but
I'd be curious to have a more granular understanding of the expenses
related to an IGF meeting.
