Elections 2019: Voting as individuals or organizations

Hi Remmy,

As far as I understand it, there is no review to be had for the time being
since we could not come to an agreement as to what to review it to. You may
remember that the issue was contentious, to say the least, and some people
questioned whether it was worthwhile to stir things up for an "issue" that
arises with a handful of members.

The requirement of having a second email is a technical one, somewhat
imposed by the software we use to manage the membership database. This is
what led to this announcement.

This specific email is not meant to reopen the debate, but with that being
said, you and anyone else are free to contribute further to that discussion!
