Elections 2019: Voting as individuals or organizations

Thanks Stephanie,
I had said it times without number that Charter needs a review. So what is
delaying it or do we have to wait till every election for EC to raise it
and it died once more. I was thinking that by now we should have commenced
action on this. Will appreciate if it will be on front burner of your
second term.
