Let me answer for Maryam here Arsene.  I have asked her not to bother listing them.  It is more work for her that achieves no purpose.  It is expected behaviour for required persons (such as councillors) to attend policy meetings, and to send their apologies if they are not going to attend.  There is no need to inform the list in an email that a person sent their apologies.

Maryam has a full workload looking after the two constituencies and the stakeholder group.  Let's try and keep the unnecessary stuff to a minimum, and focus on the content.
