policy meetings, and to send their apologies if they are not going to attend. There is no need to inform the list in an email that a person sent their apologies.</font></font></p>
<p><font size="+1"><font face="Lucida Grande">Maryam has a full workload looking after the two constituencies and the stakeholder group. Let's try and keep the unnecessary stuff to a minimum, and focus on the content.<br>
