Dear Stephanie,
This field of primary country of residence has never been clear to
me and I intentionnal left it unfilled it. I dont think it should
be seen as not "accurate" but not "complete" instead, since it does
not seem mandatory to be filled (so doesn't any other). I still
have two residencies where I pay taxes, have house at one place and
leave in the other.
When asked by the GNSO Council staff two months ago, I put the
information of German residency in the field of additional info. I
really don't want to change something else until it is mandatory or
if someone could really explain to me what "primary country of
residence" means (with criteria). During my mandate I will mostly
travel from Munich but it could also happen that I travel from my
home country.
