[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on Proposed Definition of Name Collisions and Scope of Inquiry for the Name Collisions Analysis Project

Hello everyone.

I've already gone over the document again. All the suggested alterations
were incorporated. Thank you for the help. In particular, thank you Bruna
for the addition of Point 2. I'll check back on the document later tonight
to approve of any further changes.
