[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on Proposed Definition of Name Collisions and Scope of Inquiry for the Name Collisions Analysis Project

Thanks for the efforts, Viviane and Gustavo! I took a look and added a few
alterations with regards to the format of the doc, but later on I will take
a more thorough look at it.

The deadline is today, right? Hope the Policy Committee gets to take a look
at the doc.
