[Public Comments] Draft NCSG Comment on SSAC2 Review Draft Final Report

Hi all,

As you may know, the comment period of the SSAC2 review Draft Final Report (
https://www.icann.org/public-comments/ssac-review-final-2018-10-15-en) is
coming to an end.  I have drafted a comment on the draft final report which
