[Public Comments] Policy Status Report: Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy (IRTP)

Hi all,

There is currently a public comment to get feedback from registrars and
registrants about their experiences with domain name transfers, to be used
for the review of the Inter-Registrars Transfer Policy.
The policy was result of GNSO PDP and the GNSO council will review the
results of its implementation to evaluate its effectiveness based on on the
data collected and survey included the policy status report.
