[Info] ICANN files a legal action

The legal filings have now been uploaded [here](https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/litigation-icann-v-epag-2018-05-25-en). I wonder when ICANN decided to take this course of action; it now makes sense that $1.2 million had appeared in the updated budget published last Monday allocated to "GDPR legal advice". Still, a German court seems an odd choice given ICANN's obvious desire to protect the status quo (see the legal filings and the tired rhetoric about what WHOIS is used for) and Germany's culture of privacy.
