It is so very disappointing that, embedded within that blog post, ICANN has shared a new Proposed Temporary Specification as a clean document. It would have been more helpful for ICANN to make available a redlined version that showed the differences between this 36-page update, and the version shared at the last minute last Friday and which the NCSG promptly reviewed. As far as I am concerned, this is more evidence of the lack of respect ICANN org has for the community it supposedly serves.
