Comments on the SP draft of EPDP Charter

I have edited a couple of minor typos (single letters in rust color) and:
@j1:  ...agreed upon.
@Ak2 & @m4: Is "data subject" adequately understood here (defined elsewhere)
@r: include right bracket ")".
Question: Is it a good idea to merge "Objectives and Goals" into 
"Deliverables and Timeframes"?
Unsure. Maybe move first sentence back to O & G on its own? Unsure.
