Recording of NCSG EC + Action Items

Just to bring your attention to the work of NCSG Executive Committee,
thought it would be beneficial if I share the note and action items of our
last meeting.

Action items and notes are listed below:

*Action items*

   - Send procedural issues to members until 8 July and EC to approve after
   then
   - Farzaneh to draft a better question for members application form about
   their SOI and send to EC for approval
   - Mid-August for privacy policy to be completed
   - Maryam and Farzaneh to work on election timeline and share with EC
   after Panama
   - Expectation setting guidelines for the NCSG EC
   - Expectation setting guidelines for NCSG GNSO Councillors
   - Farzaneh to talk to Finance committee and keep NCSG EC in the loop
   about the appropriation of funds and operating procedures around those
   - EC/Maryam to delete the rejected application from the database
   - Farzaneh to draft an approval process
   - EC to appoint an alternate councilor that cannot attend physically


Notes:

   - When a deadline is given no reaction or opposition from other EC
   members it will be automatically be approved or decision taken
   - EC agreed to remove the address section  from the application form
