ICANN Appeals German Court Decision on GDPR / WHOIS

Aydén I think ICANN is saying that if the Higher Regional Court is not very
clear in how they should apply the GDPR or does not agree with ICANN, the
Court must address the matter to the European Court of Justice in the
appeal. I didn't see any problem in a legal vision.
