Procedure: Appointment of NCPH ICANN Board member

Hi Farzaneh
Thanks for sharing.

On the issue of due diligence, I think we can align with ICANN process,
believing that before the Party House sends a name for instance, we are
satisfied with such a name except where the candidate is not from this
party.
If we embark on secondary exercise it may take a little longer and may
involve some fiscal expenses depending on the route we intend to use to do
the due diligence.
