Travel support to ICANN Meetings - PIR Sponsorship

Dear all

I agree with this proposal. Who decided that all of the allocation would be
received by NCUC particularly when it is invoking sole application of its
operational procedures? There appears to be much bias in this decision.
NCSG, NPOC and its respective representatives would have good grounds for
an ombudsman referral on any decision made in this way. Please clarify.
