[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers

Hi NCSG,

all of the comments close on July 27. I volunteer to help.

- .COOP Agreement is not a long document, plus not many proposed changes
according to current redline
- I see a number of excellent improvements in New Fellowship Program
Approach
- Open Data Initiative Datasets and Metadata is interesting to review

Since it's summer time and many are a on well-deserved vacation, it
might be a good
idea to finish our drafts by early July.
