according to current redline<br>
- I see a number of excellent improvements in New Fellowship Program
Approach<br>
- Open Data Initiative Datasets and Metadata is interesting to
review <br>

Since it's summer time and many are a on well-deserved vacation, it
might be a good<br>
idea to finish our drafts by early July.<br>
