A very spot-on article indeed.

I suppose it is time to start questioning the fact that ICANN "shall stay
within US jurisdiction". It's like to state that the Internet belongs to
the US. How do we go to propose an annual rotation in jurisdiction among
all participating countries? Or... just move it for good to a more neutral
ground like Switzerland?
