Topic sounds good to me and both proposals are well structured. If approved and successfully discussed, have a potential to bring a community to a consensus and clear vision of what has been a stumbling stone for quite a while.

Here are two proposals prepared by Stephanie which I am planning to submit by 27 July for the leaders to approve for Barcelona. Might get accepted might not.
