Organizational rep/individual members in elections

Thanks for sharing Farzaneh. This is very important to have a fair balance
of stakeholders influence in the NCSG processes. The issues of weighted
voting are used in a shareholding situation. Does that mean that an
organization that is a member of NCSG is fulfilling certain
responsibilities aside of the one assumed by the individual members or
maybe organization members are supporting NCSG in term of monetary value
for outreaches or awarding fellowship that other members do not know or
NCSG future projection is to introduce a form of charges for membership
participation or is part of the NCSG strategy to seek organization support.
If none of this applies, then we need to act very fast to stop the
unforeseen situation that this might cause us.

To understand why this rationale was accepted by NCSG, I would like the
experience members to tell us their position as to why this was adopted in
order to enable us understand the context and to chart a way forward.
