NCSG Elections 2018: nomination of Elsa Saade for GNSO Council

I strongly support the nomination of Elsa Saade to GNSO Council. She has
proven her calibre and doing a wonderful job in PDP at NCSG level and also
as the Regional EC representative of Asia Pacific region at NCUC. She's
been very helpful to newcomers like me especially during the comment
drafting process on 'Open Data Initiative Datasets and Metadata'.
Glad to see that Elsa has accepted the nomination.
