[Elections - 2018] Nomination of Rafik Dammak

I would like to nominate Rafik Dammak to serve a second term on the GNSO Council. Over the past two years Rafik has represented us professionally and intelligently on the Council, taking principled and consistent stances in support of Internet freedoms and human rights that have allowed the NCSG to raise its profile and to successfully take a noncommercial outlook on important policy matters within the GNSO. He is currently the Vice-Chair of the Council; in serving in this leadership position he has been able to amplify our voice throughout the community, and should he serve a second term, it is my hope that he will be able to continue representing us in such a capacity.
