NCSG Elections 2018: nomination of Elsa Saade for GNSO Council

I fully and vigorously support this nomination, Elsa is more than qualified
and has proven beyond doubt her capacity to be representing the NCSG in the
Council. We should consider ourselves lucky to have her!
