I support this nomination, but officially will be his first term. Martin was elected before to complete one term for one Councillor that resigned.

I would like to nominate Martin Silva for a second term on Council. I
think he has been representing us very well there and have the
potential to do more if elected for another term on the GNSO Council.

I hope Martin will accept to serve the NCSG for another term and if
elected, will keep on being the very supportive councilor he has been.
