[Elections - 2018] Nomination for re election of Martin for Council

Martin has been a great fellow GNSO councillor and did a great job in
representing NCSG and on the NCSG Policy committee -- I so much hope he
will remain the part of the Councillors' team. My full support; Martin, I
hope you accept the nomination.
